BMS Grows 760% and is Named to Inc. 500/5000 List

For a second consecutive year, Inc. Magazine will feature Black Mountain Systems, a leading front office technology developer for investment managers, on its Inc. 500/5000 List of fastest-growing privately held companies.

The 2012 Inc. 500/5000 is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The median growth rate of featured companies remains an impressive 97 percent. Black Mountain has grown 760 percent over the last three years.

“We are extremely honored to be recognized by Inc. again this year. It has been an exciting year of growth for us at Black Mountain: we’ve continued to dynamically evolve our product and we now have 33 clients from across the globe managing approximately $500 billion in assets on the Everest platform. I credit our success to the passion of our talented team and their commitment to understanding the needs of our customers. We have been able to deliver superior solutions to address those needs which has cultivated the strong reputation we enjoy in the financial services industry today,” said Andy Horwitz, co-CEO of Black Mountain.

“Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is,” says Inc. magazine Editor Eric Schurenberg.

Black Mountain Systems will appear in the September issue of Inc., available on newsstands from August 21st to November 15th and on Inc.com.
